Pollution and contamination level of Cu, Cd, and Hg heavy metals in soil and food crop

Abstract We aimed to assess and observe the accumulation of Cu, Cd, Hg heavy metals on land contamination plant tissues in Grand Forest Park, Palu, Indonesia, its surrounding areas. The method used was a mix between survey investigation, integrating data research findings from before 2013 2016 with 2018. were analyzed using correlation test, descriptive statistics are presented form tables graphs. results show that highest concentration found Poboya processing area (575.16 ppm) 2013, though it gradually decreased 287.64 ppm Spearman’s rank test at ? 0.05 level average Cu concentrations obtained value ( r ) 0.52 rho (?) 0.13, which is not significant ? 0.13 > 0.05), while for Cd metals, values 0.88 0.86, respectively. These two showed correlations (both 0.001 < 0.05). Specifically, transfer factor (TF) sampling sites Park area, Ngatabaru, PBY various plants much higher than TF specifically being = or 0.61 0.17 0.17.
